Roof Restorations are becoming popular; every second house is sprucing up their most valuable asset. The paint is technically advanced to adhere to concrete and the colours come in a wide range allowing individuality. It all sounds too good to be true! Roof Restorations do look good, but they do peel and wear. The technically advanced paint is guaranteed for 7 to 10 years and like anything that is painted will need to be done again.

The FACT is, your roof will stay water proof and stable if it is not Restored. Roof tiles are designed to carry water from the roof to the guttering.
